WHAT IS A WEDDING CONTENT CREATOR?

A wedding content creator captures candid, behind-the-scenes photos and vertical video throughout your wedding day, usually on a phone.

For me, though, it’s about so much more than creating things for social media. I’m capturing the sentimental moments that can easily get missed because your wedding day moves SO fast.

You get to be present, your friends and family get to put their phones down, and you still get hundreds of little memories to look back on afterward.

IS A WEDDING CONTENT CREATOR THE SAME AS A VIDEOGRAPHER?

Nope! A wedding content creator can work great with or without a videographer, but one doesn’t necessarily replace the other.

Your wedding videographer is focused on creating a professional wedding film. As your content creator, I’m capturing candid, behind-the-scenes footage and all those little in-between moments from a different perspective.

If you choose to have both, I work alongside your photographer and videographer, not instead of them.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY WEDDING CONTENT?

All of your raw footage is delivered within 24 hours! Your edited Reels and recap content will follow based on the package you select.

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING CONTENT CREATION IN LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY?

Yes! Louisville is home. I provide wedding content creation throughout Louisville and regularly travel to Lexington, Cincinnati, Southern Indiana, and other surrounding areas.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

Absolutely! No destination is too far, and I’m always happy to hop on a flight. Travel fees apply to events more than 70 miles from Louisville, with destination wedding travel quoted individually based on location.

Also, I’m a sucker for visiting somewhere new, so please feel free to tempt me.

CAN I SEND YOU TIKTOKS OR REELS I WANT TO DO?

YES! Please do! You’re always welcome to send me specific moments, trends, TikToks, Reels, transitions, or other ideas you’d love to capture. I’ll do my best to fit them into the day while still following your wedding timeline and making sure the important moments always come first.

WHAT IF I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CONTENT I WANT?

Totally fine! You do not need to show up with a Pinterest board full of Reels. I have a detailed shot list of moments I make sure to capture, and I’ll also plan personalized ideas based on your style and vision. If you have specific ideas, amazing. If not, I’ve got you.

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH MY PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER?

Very carefully and very respectfully! I have years of experience working alongside wedding photographers and coordinators, so I understand how important communication and teamwork are.

I’m always mindful of their positioning, equipment, and planned shots, and I’ll never intentionally interfere with the moments they need to capture. We’re all there for the same reason: you.

WILL YOU FILM MY ENTIRE CEREMONY, SPEECHES, OR FIRST DANCE?

Typically, no. I’ll absolutely capture highlights from important moments like your ceremony, speeches, and first dances, but I don’t usually document them from beginning to end. If having those moments filmed in their entirety is important to you, I definitely recommend hiring a professional wedding videographer alongside your content creator.

CAN MY WEDDING CONTENT STAY PRIVATE?

Of course! I love sharing my work, but your comfort and privacy always come first. Before your wedding or event, we’ll talk about whether you’re comfortable with me sharing your content. If you’d rather keep everything private, that is completely fine and will always be respected.

DO I NEED TO INCLUDE YOU IN MY WEDDING-DAY TIMELINE?

Yes, please! Including me in your vendor timeline helps make sure I’m in the right place at the right time and that everyone is on the same page. We’ll review your timeline together before the wedding, and I’m always happy to coordinate with your planner, photographer, and videographer too.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A WEDDING OR EVENT CONTENT CREATOR?

The sweet spot is usually around 6 to 12 months before your wedding, similar to when you’re booking your other major vendors. That said, sometimes couples decide they want a wedding content creator closer to the big day. If I still have your date available, I’d love to be there! It never hurts to ask.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

Your wedding date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and your nonrefundable retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. I only accept one wedding per date, so an inquiry alone doesn’t hold your spot.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING DAY RUNS BEHIND?

Don’t panic. Wedding days rarely run perfectly on time! I’ll stay flexible and capture as much as possible within your reserved coverage window. Coverage begins and ends at the times listed in your contract, so a delayed timeline doesn’t automatically extend the end time. If you’d like me to stay later, additional coverage can be added based on availability.

CAN YOU CAPTURE EVENTS OTHER THAN WEDDINGS?

Absolutely! Weddings are my specialty, but I’d love to capture other meaningful celebrations too. Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, proposals, engagement parties, birthdays, brand events, small-business content, and more. If you have something fun planned, tell me about it!

CAN YOU CAPTURE MY REHEARSAL DINNER OR ENTIRE WEDDING WEEKEND?

Yes! Some of the best moments happen before the wedding even starts. Content creation can be added for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal brunches, farewell gatherings, and other celebrations throughout your wedding weekend. We can put together custom coverage based on what you have planned.
